Are your products made in Australia?

Yep! Pipan is Australian-owned, and our products are made with all the high quality and food safety standards that Australia is known for. We use Australian ingredients where possible, and source only the best from around the world where necessary. For more information about each product’s proportion of Australian ingredients, please contact us.

 

How are your products developed?

We are a team of food and nutrition industry veterans, from engineers to food technologists, and constantly look into the latest in clinical evidence-backed advancement in childhood nutrition. More importantly, we’re also parents and kids at heart, so we know how a food looks, smells and tastes is really all that matters on whether it gets eaten or ignored. With all these in mind, we carefully balance nutrition and flavour to come up with the best of both worlds, so even little picky eaters won’t know (or care, really) that the treat they’re having is actually good for them.

 

MO MILK

Can my child consume more than one a day?

We've had this feedback that kids love it so much they want to keep drinking it, so we're pleased to say that they can certainly have more! for MO MILK Probiotics, our gut hosts upwards of 100 trillion bacteria so it's difficult to "overdose" on probiotics. Since we have other MO MILK variants such as DHA + Lutein and Prebiotics, feel free to mix it up!

 

Why did you put it all in milk?

Milk is one of nature’s mightiest superfoods – rich in calcium, protein and a variety of other vitamins and minerals. We use 100% Australian dairy, world-renowned for its high quality, and blended them with natural flavours to create an irresistible taste.

 

Is MO MILK Suitable for the whole family?

While specially formulated for kids up to 12 years of age, Mo Milk’s high probiotic count and nutritional nature means anyone can enjoy its functional benefits. Plus, it’s tasty as heck!

 

Are MO MILK's colours and flavours all natural?

We only use natural colours and flavours in all our products.

Is this product suitable for those with with a cow milk allergy or lactose intolerance?

Cow Milk Allergy: No. Our Milk solid ingredients come from high quality Australian milk. If your child has a cow milk allergy then unfortunately Mo Milk is not suitable for them. If you are unsure if you child has a cow milk allergy then seek advice from a healthcare professional. 
Lactose Intolerance: No. Lactose is a type of sugar found in milk and is in our Mo Milk products. Symptoms of lactose intolerance can include stomach pain and diarrhoea. If your child is experiencing these symptoms then seek advice from a healthcare professional. Allergens Present in this product: Dairy & Soy

Does Mo Milk need to be refrigerated?

Unopened sachets only need to be in cool and dry place. After reconstitution, store in a refrigerator at or below 4°C, and consume within 1 day. 
Tip: Prepare with cold water for a cool and refreshing drink!

 

 

Shipping and Delivery

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We currently only make deliveries within Australia.

 

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

An e-mail confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

Delivery will only take place between Monday and Friday.

 

TRACKING ORDERS

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.  If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at info@pipanfoods.com

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service and generally takes 2-7 days.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING FEES

Orders over $50 are free Australia-wide.

Orders less than $50 are subject to a flat rate of $4.95 Australia-wide.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Please contact us at info@pipanfoods.com to discuss any issues you might have with your product. Refunds and returns are subject to reasonable issues with the product.

Should you make an error when ordering online, We will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety.  But in the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state of items or error of goods received than ordered online contact us immediately to discuss replacement of goods.
